Registration for all participants is free of charge.
Still, it is needed to register formally to get a name tag and conference materials.

Registration form kindly find below, just under this text. Confirmation of your successful registration will come to your e-mail.

Registration deadline: please register for the Symposium no later than September 27, 2024.

Registration including:
-name tag and conference bag
-coffee breaks
-certificate of attendance

Croatian Medical Chamber will award active participants with 13 CME/CMB credits, and passive participants with 8 CME/CMB credits.
